I know the Excedrin Migraine says I can only take one dose of it a day but I still have a migraine pretty bad and I was wondering if I can take my Fioricet to see if that will relieve some of the pain, or will it cause an overdose of some kind.
I took Excedrin Migraine today at 5 am, can I take my Fioricet now (it’s 1:45 pm)?

Absolutely! They both contain Tylenol (acetaminophen) but it’s been almost 9 hours. FYI – You can safely take 1000mg of Tylenol every 6-8 hours, but I wouldn’t suggest taking that much
