However, a catagory C can be very safe in a lot of cases as long as your doctor observes for hypovolemia.
I took fioricet when I was pregnant with my daughter for the last 5 months of my pregnancy. She turned out just fine and this was 13 years ago. There were no issues with it. I think you should avoid it while breastfeeding.
