If you are taking 50 mgs. of Ultram, call your doctor (they can be reached easily after hours--just call the office and the answering service will have the doctor call you back) to see if you can take 2 Ultram. 100 mgs. can be prescribed for severe pain---but please do NOT do this without talking to your doctor first.
